When the cattle are ready, they are processed at a USDA-inspected facility. The beef is professionally processed and packaged into convenient one-pound packages, making it easy for recipients to store, prepare, and use.
Step 4 — Distribute to Those in Need

The finished beef is distributed to local families and individuals experiencing food insecurity, providing a valuable source of high-quality protein right here in our community.
